These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Space App platform, including any mobile apps, dashboards, websites, or services provided by Kspace Technologies Inc. (“Kspace”) with development support from Klabs Studio(together, the “Space App”). By creating an account or using Space App, you agree to these Terms.
Space App provides a social commerce marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, and creators. You may only use the Services in compliance with this Agreement and applicable law. Prohibited uses include fraudulent transactions, illegal goods or services, infringement of intellectual property, and misuse of the platform.
Users must register an account to access certain features. Information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. Sellers must provide business and compliance information (licenses, certificates, IDs) as required. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
Payments on Space App are processed through third-party gateways such as Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wise, or Mercury. Buyers authorize charges at checkout; sellers receive payouts through integrated settlement providers. Space App does not store payment card details.
Creators may join campaigns, share content, and earn payouts on verified sales. All campaigns must comply with advertising standards and disclosure laws. Space App reserves the right to remove non-compliant campaigns.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products listed meet applicable laws and standards. Space App may request proof of compliance (certificates, test reports, licenses). Failure to provide documents may result in suspension or removal.
Space App, its software, design, and branding are owned by Kspace Technologies and Klabs Studio. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Space App a limited license to display, store, and distribute such content within the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees paid to Space App during that period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or misuse the Services. You may stop using Space App at any time by closing your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kspace Technologies is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
